"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed
by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do.
So throw off the bowlines.
Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the trade winds in your sails. Explore.
Dream. Discover."

"I have crippled them all – I am the answer guy; when I go on vacation,
decisions don't get made. I want to help them develop
their own ability to solve problems."
~ Manager from coaching skills program
Our workshops are designed to develop participants' ability to help others think more clearly and arrive at their own answers. The participants are managers or mentors who are interested in learning when it is appropriate to tell people what to do and when it is more effective to help people develop their own problem-solving skills. We teach individuals how to be more effective mentors, recognizing when other people need information and when they need help in thinking through an issue to arrive at their own solution – which may be very different than the solution that existed in the mind of the manager or mentor!
"I would never have thought I could make this

~ IT manager – participant in Synergistic Impact Coaching program
The goal of the Synergistic Impact Coaching program is to help organizations get the most out of their employee development investment – both time & money. We do this by training internal employees as coaches and by creating a self-sustaining program for structured coaching engagements.
The impact of the program is truly synergistic. By training one person (the coach), the direct impact is on two people (the coach and the coachee). In addition, the direct staff of the coaches report that their managers are more effective. The person being coached has improved interactions with his colleagues. The organizational culture becomes stronger at creating independent thinkers and problem solvers and at developing employees and dealing with change.
The Learning Embedding and Action Facilitation (LEAF) Program is a targeted, high impact training program. We train your employees to act as "Learning Guides" for fellow employees who are attending training or participating in another learning event. The Learning Guides facilitate and accelerate the process of learning using a targeted, brain-based approach which is designed to:
