Our competency based employee development programs focus on improving employees' performance through feedback and actionable development plans. We emphasize the importance of connecting feedback to basic questions about individuals' strengths and developmental needs. Employees are taught to identify clear behavioral examples and connect these examples to impact to the business. Participants learn to leverage strengths and examine whether developmental needs are due to the lack of skills, knowledge, or experience. Participants learn to focus on specific actions to address a given development need.
